In general the PXIe DM-4M.2 module does not require special drivers if your operating system is up to date. Window operating systems version 8.1 and later already have the required NVM Express (NVME) drivers. Both Windows 7 and 8 require updates or a third party driver to support these devices.
For Windows 7 support when your DM-4M.2 has Samsung NVME SSD drives please install the Samsung drivers at this link:
For Windows 7 with other NVME drive types see this Microsoft link for information:

Update: Microsoft has stopped providing the hotfixes required for Windows 7 NVME support. The above page describes the process to update your system. There are 2 hot fixes required and they are attached below. Note that both 32 bit and 64 bit versions are provided, please download and install the correct version for you operating system.
Windows 8 users should upgrade to version 8.1 or later.

We have a problem with DM-8M, 8TB that our system seems to be unable to conduct proper recovery management whenever files are erased. Also, we also speed problem whenever we are trying to transfer data through LAN port. We are using win 7 os and suspect we didnot have installed the right hotfixes or patches for our win 7 system. Please advise where we could download the right patches or hotfixes to our system.
