Conduant warrants the product hardware manufactured by Conduant against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. In case of a failure please visit the Conduant Support site and fill out a support ticket. Support will respond within 2 business days. At the direction of Conduant support, if the unit(s) need to be returned for repair the assigned ticket number will also be the Return Material Authorization (RMA) number for shipment back to Conduant. Please label the shipping package so that the RMA (ticket) number is visible. Ship to:

Once the product is received, at our option, we will repair or replace the defective product. Conduant will ship the repaired / replaced unit back at its expense.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, acts of God or normal wear and tear. The warranty does not include third party hardware sold by Conduant including the storage media (Solid State or Hard Drives) installed on Conduant storage products as these devices have their own manufacturer warranties.
When an extended warranty is purchased the same policy as listed above will apply for the duration of the extended warranty time.
