DM-4M.2 Windows hang

It has been reported that some systems stop booting with a blank screen after installation of the DM-4M.2. The issue has been reported with the NI PXIe-8130 controller.  The issue can be mitigated by disabling IDE support in the controller BIOS.  Consult your controller documentation for more information on how to modify your system BIOS settings.
